Where Missoula’s biggest dreams meet the resilience it takes to build them.
COMING SOON! Something big is coming to Missoula. While the soon to be revamped space and location are impressive, the story behind the "Just Sold" sign is what truly matters.
In a world that prizes instant gratification, Kenny and Stasi the new owners of JJ's used car lot, just gave us all a masterclass in the long game. This wasn’t a deal that happened overnight; it was a commercial land purchase years in the making. A journey that included seasons of planning, searching, waiting, praying, and working through the sometimes discouraging process of navigating through the new Missoula zoning code reform.
More Than Just a Real Estate Transaction
Watching this finally come together feels extra sweet because I’ve seen the determination required behind the scenes.
Raising littles and all the energy that demands.
The late night hustle that happens when the rest of the world is asleep.
Endless work travel and the strain of always being on the move.
Through every hurdle and life challenge, they stayed steady. They didn't give up when the zoning codes were uncertain or when the timeline stretched longer than expected. They kept their eye on the dream to make that vision a reality.
A Hard Earned W
This is what a Hard Earned Win looks like. It’s a testament to patience and the belief that some things are worth the wait. Missoula is better for having entrepreneurs like these two. Those who are willing to put in the hard work to build something meaningful for our community. Something that will benefit many. A new business that Missoula has "needed" for a long time.
Keep an eye out, Western Montana. You are going to absolutely love what they have in store.
