Torin & Diane’s Big Move

Happy closing day to my clients Torin and Diane!

There are some clients who remind me exactly why I love this work, and Torin and Diane are two of them.

When I first met them just about a year ago, they were putting the finishing touches on a place they had lovingly called home for 25 years. Bird Song Ranch wasn’t just a house, it was a retreat they had beautifully updated, on nearly five acres of Montana beauty. From the landscaping to the thoughtful personal touch upgrades to the multiple shop outbuildings and beautiful landscaping, it was clear how much love they had given to their home.

They told me they needed just one more winter to complete a few final projects before listing. And when spring arrived, they were officially ready to share the charm of Bird Song Ranch with the next owner. 

Selling a home like that, deeply tied to memory and meaning, is never easy. A story to fill every space. But they did it with grace and an open heart. Now, they’re headed off on a new adventure west where they will be closer to family and grandchildren, ready to make new memories.

To Torin and Diane: Thank you for trusting me with such an important life decision. Your friendship is a treasure, and being part of your journey is something I won’t forget.
